Enjoy your day visiting the Ballestas Islands, where you’ll see sea lions, penguins and birds in their natural habitat. Learn about the Paracas culture, known for its funerary mantles. Also, on our way to the Paracas Reserve we will show you where the more than 120 mummies that have endured over time were found.

Itinerary

🍃 5:00 am: We will start by picking you up from your  accommodation  and drive to our destination.

🍃 Ballestas islands: 

Join us to spend a beautiful day in our southern coast of the country, where we will spend observing our rich biodiversity in our Ballestas Islands where we can observe the beautiful colonies of sea lions, guano birds, the guanay, the booby, the curlew and pelican, penguins, andean condor, etc. 

Also, we will be able to see an excellent geoglyph in the shape of a candelabrum that resembles the Nazca geoglyphs.

🍃 Paracas Reserve: 

Afterwards we will head to the Paracas Reserve to contemplate the beauty of its desert, its fabulous beaches, its incredible fauna as well as an imposing rock formation known as the Cathedral! 

We will also dive back to 2000 years ago! to learn about the Paracas men who inhabited these places, who were known as the lords who tamed the desert, they were the best weavers as well as the best surgeons!

🍃 3:00 pm: After the tour, we will return you to your hotel or, if you wish, we can drop you off at a restaurant or any other location of your preference (only if is located in Miraflores, San Isidro or Barranco). If you want to be drop off in a different district (outside our official pick up and drop off areas) we can organized with an small extra fee.

🍃 7:30 pm approximately: We will be back in your accommodation.

🍃Dear customer, we inform you that the size of our groups is from 8 to 10 people. Only on very special occasions you’ll be 14 people.

🍃Exceptions: But if you have a large group of friends or family of more than 15 and wish to go with us, please feel free to send us a mail, we will gladly assist you!

🍃The groups on the boat are shared and are subject to the weather factor (strong winds called Paracas) in case this activity does not take place due to this weather factor, it will be changed for another similar or similar activity.
