🍃 Ceviche: This class is for people who love traditional food and want to prepare it at home! You’ll love the relaxed atmosphere without boring demonstrations, because we believe in a hands-on approach. You’ll prepare an authentic Peruvian dish to delight your palate and then enjoy your achievements.
🍃 Pisco Sour: One of the most popular cocktails in Peru is the Pisco Sour. It’s based on Pisco (a type of liquor) and its first creation originated in Lima in the early 1920s.
In addition to pisco, the other main ingredients are lemon juice, egg white, and sugar syrup. The cocktail is typically served in three sizes: single, double, or “Cathedral.” When prepared correctly, the drink is a delicate balance between the pisco, which is quite strong. (alcohol content between 38% and 48%), the intense lemon juice and the sweetness of the sugar syrup.
