APULLAY TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dear customers, we kindly inform you about our terms and conditions.
🙋If you cancel your tour the same day or do not show up, it will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will not be refunded 100% of the bill, because the guide and driver will be paid since they have refused other services to be with you today; that means, they have families that need this income.
🙋In case one of the participants is unable to travel, it is possible to send another person in his/her place by informing Apullay Tours by Gmail or WhatsApp one day before.
🙋we allowed you to reschedule your tour to another date with 2 days notice without any extra cost (this is valid according to our availability).
🙋Cancellations will be received only up to 2 weeks after your reservation is made.
🙋Once your tour is confirmed, please, send us your passport number (only the number) since the Peru goverment asks this by law to all legal companies.
🙋Accepts the terms and conditions at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
🙋Dear customer, when book tours with us and you pay by Paypal, is possible refund just in case if you want to cancel your tour for any reason that you have, we accept 2 day before if is it a FULL DAY and 1 day before if it is a HALF DAY. Let me tell you, this international company allows full refunds only within 180 days from the payment’s date. So, after this period we´ll charge 10.8% of the money you already paid. Please attempt to understand us that this is due to the transaction fee we were charged when you made your payment through PayPal is 5.4% and the return of the refund to you through PayPal again is 5.4%, making a total of 10.8% cancellation fee after 180 days after the payment date.
